About Us
Imagine entering a valley where dead things come to life. Bones without flesh suddenly rise up from the earth and receive breath, muscle, and skin. Death becomes life and life walks out forever changed. (Sounds a bit strange, but check out Ezekiel 37.)
Symbolically and spiritually, this is what we desire for the many young people who live on the streets of Denver. Downtown is their valley.
Dry Bones staff and volunteers are committed to serving the large population of homeless teens and young adults living in downtown Denver. The youth who live on the streets of Denver range in age from 12 into their mid-twenties. Dry Bones connects these young people with resources, nutrition, entertainment, and new friends.
Dry Bones is a place where followers of Christ connect with those living on the streets and all of our faith grows as we discover new life and good news together.
